I help founders and CEOs connected to the wellness industry turn brand and marketing into levers of growth while building companies that earn trust and have a positive impact. My specialty is stepping into wellness-led cpg, retail, food and lifestyle companies that have traction but need a sharper strategy, stronger positioning and systems that support scale without sacrificing integrity, accessibility or long term value.​
I’ve spent 20+ years operating across Fortune 30 environments, creative agencies, high-growth startups and even my own CPG company. These experiences taught me what fast-moving organizations often forget: ​growth isn’t solely connected to marketing, sales or product functions - growth is the alignment of all three and the narrative and decisions that connect them.​ .
